Through our construction company Southern Exposure Construction, Inc. we build new units and renovate existing apartment buildings in order to provide the best rental units in our area.  In addition, we develop properties for resale by constructing new single family homes, townhomes and commercial buildings.

We also enter into agreements with individuals and companies to provide our development and construction services for their projects.  We participate in select projects by offering our services at reduced rates in exchange for a share of the project.  We can also offer permit and construction management services.
