• A technician will contact you to schedule entry to the unit.
• Repairs will be made during business hours only between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
• Tennant is responsible for the first $50 of each repair.
• Payment must be made when technician arrives.
• Tennant must pay in full for any repairs that are caused by the Tenant's negligence.
