How to Pay Rent

Please pay your rent on time to avoid late fees.
No invoice will be sent. - It is the tenants responsibility to make timely payments.
Your lease or rental agreement contains important information about payment due dates and penalties.
The following forms of payment are accepted
- Check
- Money Order
- Credit Cards**
- Cash***
** Credit Card payments must be set up in advance.

***Although cash is accepted it must be done in person and should not be placed in the drop off box.
Payments may be made by:

  Rental Payments may be mailed but must reach our office by the due date.
